The intention to introduce the first “cyclists welcome” type certification in Romania was officially presented during the National Conference on Cycle Tourism organized by the National Institute for Research and Development in Tourism (INCDT). The announcement and the presentation of the concept were made by Mr. Daniel Mourek – the president of the Czech “cyclists welcome” certification and the coordinator of long-distance velo routes in the Czech Republic.
